Job Description
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing all day-to-day interaction with customers including receiving customers’ initial contact or request. From there the Customer Service Coordinator performs as a liaison to provide product and services information, answer questions, perform RFQ entry, accurate order entry and maintenance activities, all while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, from receipt of RFQ or Purchase Order to successful order shipment and delivery.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Team Leader, in this role you will manage a large volume of phone and email’ communications, enter all incoming RFQ’s and distribute to inside sales team, enter orders with accuracy and attention to detail and distribute to the contracts team, completing internal credit and legal applications pertaining to RFQ’s and orders. provide professional and timely updates to internal and external customers, liaison between customer, sales, contracts, finance, Supply Chain, Quality, handling documentation, customer questions and expediting of customer requests.

Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong Customer Service skills, including phone calls and active listening.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels to different customer.
- Robust organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Fluent English.
The Successful Candidate:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to understand technical specifications.
- Proven customer support or customer service experience.
- Experience in flow control industry.
