Job Overview:
We are looking to hire 2 to 4 Customer support & Tele-sales with at least 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a friendly demeanour. Experience in translation or related services will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deals with operation team across various branches to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage schedules, logistics, administrative tasks and customer follow-up to support different departments.
- Identifying potential customers through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of documents for translation, attestation, and other services.
- Addressing customer concerns and objections to move the sales process forward.
- Maintain records and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the translation, legal, corporate services, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional manner with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
