We are looking for Customer Care Executive
•Candidate should hold a Bachelor’s /Diploma in Nursing/Pharmacy or any medical science field
•Minimum 3-5 years, having experience in an insurance company / TPA is an added advantage.
•Customer Care Executive is responsible for answering customer enquiries over Phone, Email and other digital media.
•The candidate should handle all calls, solve the concerns raised by customers by following the policy guidelines, Table of benefits and company guidelines, rules & standards.
•The candidate should understand the different aspects of the Healthcare Platform and a good understanding of all medical policies /terminology.
•Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
•Arabic speaker is an added advantage
