Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage multiple interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and resolve customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Support sales and service teams by processing orders, applications, or service requests.
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and achieve customer satisfaction KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/customer service software.
- Positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 (depending on experience).
- Health insurance and benefits as per UAE labor law.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
