Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive cum Cashier. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and handling billing at our canteen located within a corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily canteen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and proper staff scheduling.
- Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer complaints and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Identify and implement strategies to drive canteen profitability, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
- Foster positive, long-term relationships with both clients and customers.
- Promote excellent customer service and support the team in achieving sales and service goals.
- Continuously work on improving customer satisfaction by collaborating with the service team and gathering feedback.
- Handle billing and payments using the POS system and ensure daily reconciliation of the cash register.
- Respond to event and catering-related queries, check stock availability, and coordinate timely service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or cashier roles, preferably in the food & beverage or catering industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure during peak hours.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Work Environment:
This role is based in a busy canteen located inside a corporate office, requiring a hands-on and proactive approach to customer interaction and service excellence.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
