Responsibilities:
- Customer service related to import and export.
- Coordinate with clients, carriers and transporters on the movement of each shipment.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Handle correspondence and emails related to Administration and others.
Qualification:
- At least one (1) to two (2) years of hands on administrative support experience (preferably in Cargo industry)
- Extensive knowledge in Cargo and Logistics industry
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Tagalog speaker
- Age should be 25-35 years old
- Can join immediately
