Your Profile
- 2–3 years of proven experience in customer support within the e-commerce or online marketplace industry
- Deep understanding of customer service best practices and e-commerce operations
- Experience with major platforms like Amazon, Noon, or similar
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, self-motivated and proactive, someone who can work independently and drive projects forward
- Interest in AI tools and a desire to explore how they can be used to improve support efficiency and customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer support across the e-commerce lifecycle
- Drive operational excellence in user support, focusing on improving user satisfaction and increasing customer lifetime value
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions
- Lead initiatives to integrate AI tools and automation into support processes, boosting efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Sales) to ensure seamless user journeys and consistent service quality
- Act as a leader and take initiative, we value individuals who bring ideas, own their role, and help others succeed
