Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our team.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure that the company receives all necessary payments from debtors.
- Contact customers to notify them of overdue payments and document debts collected.
- Performing proper follow-up on accounts via phone calls and letters to ensure payment is received.
- Use internet searches and other tools to try to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers.
- Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
- Manage accounts, arrange debt repayment and establish repayment schedules.
- Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
What we are expecting from you:
- Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in UAE;
- Fluent in English;
- Must be available in UAE;
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under stressful conditions.
