About the Role:
We are offering a paid internship opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Data Entry Intern. This 3-month program provides hands-on experience with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data records.
- Enter and update data , photos , links , prices to app sheet .
- Assist with customer service tasks and order processing.
- Support internal teams with timely data and customer updates.
- Hand over clients to sales team to arrange their requirements.
Requirements:
- English proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Fast typing speed is essential.
- Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate (preferred).
- Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must be on a University or Parent’s Visa.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
