We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding Forex trading platforms, account issues, and market-related inquiries.
- Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting trading platforms or software.
- Address and resolve client queries related to currency pairs, spreads, leverage, margin calls, and trade execution.
- Educate clients on Forex market trends, tools, and strategies, ensuring they have the information needed to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on product improvements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Forex market to assist clients effectively, even during volatile market conditions.
- Provide feedback on customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in customer support or a similar role within the Forex industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Forex market, including currency pairs, trading platforms, margin requirements, and order types.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms like MetaTrader 5.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM and customer support tools.
- Familiarity with trading analysis, market trends, and basic technical analysis.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others.
