Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and manage new retail and institutional clients in the forex and CFD trading market.
- Promote SmartFX’s trading platforms, tools, and multi-asset products (Forex, Commodities, Indices, and Cryptos).
- Generate leads through networking events, trading seminars, and in-person meetings.
- Provide market updates, trading insights, and product education to clients.
- Guide clients through live account opening, KYC procedures, platform setup, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), white-label partners, and affiliates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Manage sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring monthly KPIs are achieved.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written skills (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Strong knowledge or interest in forex trading, CFDs, and financial markets.
- Proven sales and business development skills; experience in forex or fintech is preferred.
- Ability to explain trading concepts and platforms to clients at different knowledge levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
