Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Sales person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales of our cybersecurity solutions across UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell cybersecurity solutions, including but not limited to endpoint security, firewalls, network monitoring, SIEM, and threat intelligence.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and source potential new customers through various channels to expand our client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Sales Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating sales activities across UAE, aligning with company goals.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients, enhancing their experience and value from our solutions.
- Value Delivery: Work closely with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value from our cybersecurity solutions, addressing any needs or concerns.
- Client Satisfaction Monitoring: Monitor client satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns to ensure high retention rates.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and ongoing support for clients.
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare comprehensive documentation for sales proposals and contracts, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and quotations in collaboration with technical and marketing teams.
- Pipeline & Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer engagements. Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and projections.
- Attend Industry Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote cybersecurity offerings and network with potential clients and partners.
Experience & Skills:
- 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the IT System Integrator with a focus on cybersecurity and infrastructure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
