We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with hands-on experience in AppSheet to manage and maintain accurate data records across our systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, digital forms, and low-code tools like AppSheet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in Google Sheets, Excel, or internal systems
- Build, maintain, and manage forms, workflows, and dashboards using AppSheet
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic AppSheet-related issues
- Collaborate with team members to optimize data collection and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
- Proficiency in AppSheet is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, etc.)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience in process automation or low-code platforms
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
