Job Description
Define a plan to increase sales incentives for Hub offerings and establish ongoing training for the sales and delivery teams, as well as define efficient sales marketing campaigns with the marketing team;
Define strategies and action plans with the team of Delivery Managers and Operations Managers, as well as continuously interact with Executive Business Managers, to ensure the achievement of the area's goals;
Ensure efficient budget management of fixed costs (internal team) and variable costs (client teams), ensuring the established profitability for projects and operations;
Manage performance and conduct periodic assessments of the direct team - Practice Leaders, Delivery Managers and Operations Managers;
Ensure the evolution and growth of teams by promoting training;
Constantly review and optimize the sector's offerings, assess the relevance and applicability of new emerging technologies, and strive for excellence and a competitive edge.
Establish with the team the execution of the standard delivery quality model and the relationship rule;
Job Requirements
- Advanced English - Able to conduct client presentations and/or lectures/seminars;
- Solid knowledge of SAP technology and their respective modules....
- Have worked on implementing large SAP projects;
- Systemic and strategic business vision;
- Technical knowledge and proven experience in digital practices;
- Experience in Delivery, project management and staffing plan/pyramid, ensuring financial results;
