We are seeking motivated and reliable Delivery Riders to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-based role where you will be responsible for delivering orders efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver orders promptly and safely to customers.
- Achieve and maintain the monthly target of 450+ orders.
- Adhere to company policies and traffic regulations.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (or willingness to obtain one with company assistance).
- Ability to meet the monthly target of 450+ orders.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Benefits & Terms:
- Commission Rate: AED 7.5 per completed order.
- Onboarding Support: Company will assist with driving school coordination and license acquisition.
- Accommodation & Food: Provided for the first 3 months (until license is obtained).
- Monthly Deduction: AED 500 (for other applicable fees).
- Employment Visa: Provided by the company.
Additional Information:
- Employment is conditional upon successful onboarding and license acquisition.
- Riders must meet the monthly target to remain eligible for the full commission payout.
