Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Designer/Draftsman to prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation for swimming pool and landscape works. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating design layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare design and shop drawings for swimming pools, water features, landscaping, irrigation, and external works.
Develop detailed sections, construction details, and coordination layouts based on project requirements and site conditions.
Revise drawings as per consultant comments and site feedback.
Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
Maintain drawing logs and issue updated drawings to relevant teams.
Assist in preparing material take-offs, presentations, and authority submission drawings.
Produce as-built drawings based on site mark-ups and final installations.
Requirements:
2–3 years of drafting/design experience in landscape and swimming pool projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Planswift or Revit is a plus.
Good understanding of site execution and coordination drawings.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
UAE experience preferred.
