Job Purpose:
Provide application support for internet and mobile banking platforms, ensuring seamless performance, issue resolution, and system enhancements. Candidate should have strong expertise in AWS for application hosting, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for internet and mobile banking applications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and deploy fixes.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Utilize AWS services for application support, monitoring, and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and banking standards.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in application support, preferably in banking/financial services.
- Strong knowledge of internet and mobile banking applications.
- Hands-on expertise in AWS (monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment).
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
