About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our Elite Business Banking team. This role is designed for a high-performing individual who thrives on building deep client relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions, and driving portfolio growth. You’ll be the trusted advisor to our Elite Business Banking and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients, ensuring their banking experience is seamless, personalized, and value-driven.
What You Will Be Doing
Client Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and onboard new Elite Business Banking and HNWI clients to grow a robust and profitable portfolio.
- Ensure smooth onboarding aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
Portfolio Management & Client Engagement
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients by understanding their unique financial goals.
- Deliver customized banking and investment solutions to enhance portfolio value and client loyalty.
- Develop retention strategies for high-value clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Sales & Financial Performance
- Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and service targets through strategic relationship management.
- Drive revenue generation by focusing on low-cost transactional money and other income streams.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities across the bank’s full suite of products and services.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with business banking activities.
Client Service & Operational Support
- Coordinate with service and back-office teams to meet client expectations and resolve queries efficiently.
- Handle SAS and Correspondent Bank queries within defined turnaround times.
Market Feedback & Innovation
- Gather market insights to support product development and enhance customer offerings.
- Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a relationship-driven professional with a strong understanding of the Elite Business Banking segment. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and have a proven track record in managing HNWI portfolios.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent for Expats and Higher Degree Diploma or equivalent qualifications for Nationals (MBA preferred).
Minimum Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in Branch Banking, Operations, Relationship Management, or Customer Service, preferably in a similar role managing high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).
- In-depth understanding of the target market and its requirements, enabling effective acquisition and maintenance of quality, profitable relationships.
- Strong working knowledge of banking products and services, with proven skills in HNWI Relationship Management.
