We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to grow and scale the presence of both Carwa and Reab across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to each platform's audience and goals
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X)
- Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Create engaging, culturally sensitive, and brand-aligned content for posts, stories, reels, ads, and videos
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to deliver campaigns
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and ROI metrics
- Optimize websites and app store listings (SEO/ASO) to increase visibility
- Help build influencer partnerships and community-building campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in digital marketing or growth marketing
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, content marketing, and social media growth strategies
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Canva/Adobe
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Culturally sensitive and aligned with modesty-first, privacy-oriented values (especially for Reab)
Bonus: Experience marketing mobile apps, working with tech startups, or UAE-based markets
