Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. As a key member of the management team, the Digital Marketing Analyst will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyse digital marketing performance across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, etc.).
2. Use data analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEM rush, Arefs, and others to monitor traffic trends, user behaviour, and conversion metrics.
3. Generate reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with insights on campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.
4. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
5. Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark our performance against industry standards.
6. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them consistently to measure ROI and marketing effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and target audience needs.
8. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer engagement, website optimization, and conversion rates.
9. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to keep the company ahead of the curve in a competitive market.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing analysis, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
3. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, SEO tools and other marketing software.
4. Strong understanding of SEO principles, PPC campaigns, email marketing, and social media analytics.
5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
7. Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance tracking is a plus.
8. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic coding is an advantage.
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
