We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to execute integrated campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize social media platforms and email marketing
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and vendors for marketing material
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports
- Support in organizing promotional events and exhibitions
- Assist the sales team with lead generation activities
- Maintain and update the company's CRM and marketing databases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience (Fresher with strong internships may also apply)
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Basic video editing skills
- B2B marketing experience
