Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive – Facility Management
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Facility Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving marketing initiatives that position our company as a leader in the facility management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities
- Promote the company’s services, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, MEP services, and more
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate service delivery proposals
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in facility management or related industries
- Strong understanding of soft and hard facility management services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach
