You’ll drive performance across digital platforms, generate qualified leads, optimize ad spend, and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. If you love data, testing, and building an online presence that actually converts, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns for lead generation.
- Oversee SEO efforts to ensure top rankings for relevant real estate keywords.
- Manage all social media channels with a goal of engagement and reach growth.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to launch creative ad assets and landing pages.
- Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Meta Business Suite to track user behavior and campaign performance.
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and funnels to increase conversion rates.
- Maintain marketing automation workflows (email, WhatsApp, retargeting, CRM sync).
- Manage agency relationships, ad budgets, and monthly performance reports.
- Regularly update website content and structure for better UX and SEO.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Experience managing high-performing lead generation campaigns.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and hungry to improve results every day.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX, CRO, and web performance metrics.
