As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online presence, brand visibility, and digital growth strategy.
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital campaigns across all channels. This role requires expertise in digital strategy, content marketing, performance advertising, SEO/SEM, and analytics to strengthen RSL’s brand positioning and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Brand Growth
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to align with business goals.
- Manage brand presence across social media, search engines, and digital platforms.
- Strengthen RSL’s positioning as the preferred luxury transport provider in the UAE and beyond.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, email).
- Oversee content creation, design coordination, and publishing schedules.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, lead generation, and brand engagement.
Content & Social Media
- Drive storytelling and brand voice across digital platforms.
- Lead creative content development (videos, graphics, blogs, newsletters).
- Monitor social trends and community engagement to grow following and reach.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI across digital channels.
- Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and inform leadership.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-efficient digital spend.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with sales, operations, and design teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Support investor relations and corporate partnerships with digital assets and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in transportation, hospitality, travel, or luxury services.
- Strong background in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Zoho/Odoo CRM, etc.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative direction skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in reporting and ROI analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (MBA or digital certifications preferred).
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
