Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing end-to-end digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role requires expertise in performance marketing, website management, social media management, SEO, and all facets of digital marketing to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Digital Marketing: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, PPC, display ads, and content marketing, to achieve business objectives.
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to maximize ROI, monitor KPIs, and ensure cost-effective lead generation.
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads through targeted campaigns, landing pages, and funnel optimization.
- Website Management: Oversee the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for conversions, performance, and SEO.
- Social Media Management: Create, manage, and grow Calculate Capitals' presence across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance website visibility.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging content (blogs, videos, whitepapers) that aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain clients, and promote services.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, SEO, and social media management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- A strong understanding of website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual content.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
