Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with our brand voice and business goals
- Create engaging, original content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
- Manage daily posting schedules and social media calendars
- Monitor, respond, and engage with our audience across platforms
- Analyze metrics and optimize content for better performance
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams
- Stay up to date with trends in construction, interiors, and SME industries
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing business social media accounts
- Strong writing, visual, and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Knowledge of paid social campaigns is a plus
- Experience working with or for an SME or building materials company is an advantage
- Self-driven, organized, and highly creative
