Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to meet client objectives.
- Manage and grow clients’ presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads).
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and videographers for high-quality output.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, budgets, and targeting strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
- Maintain strong client communication, ensuring goals and timelines are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
- Basic graphic design/video editing skills are a plus.
