- Oversee and coordinate the entire supply chain process for gas cylinders/bulk, including warehousing, and distribution.
- Manage and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of gas cylinders to customers.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to inventory and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, and related documentation using inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in ERP software and inventory management systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex logistics challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, customers, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous 2 years of experience as a Distribution assistant or in a similar role within the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
