Under the general supervision of the Project Management, the Document Controller will provide assistance and support in maintaining all the documents and drawings related to the project.Missions/Main Duties:
- Maintain an organized document control system for technical drawings, reports, specifications and project records.
- Ensure that all documents are correctly categorized, stored, and retrievable as per project requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and regulatory bodies for document submissions and approvals.
- Collect and register all technical documents in the company’s system.
- Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies for document submissions and approvals.
- Maintain both digital and hard copy records as per company procedures.
- Follow the submission protocols within the Company’s system as well as with the clients.
Profile/Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering or related field
- Background:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in document control in similar industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recording.
- Preferences for candidates who can join immediately.
- Currently in Dubai, UAE or ready to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
