Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage, control, and maintain all technical and administrative documents related to laboratory operations and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering or prior experience in geotechnical laboratories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence.
- Organize and control project documentation (test reports, calibration certificates, quality records, etc.).
- Ensure accurate filing and proper distribution of all lab and project-related documents.
- Maintain an updated log of documents and tracking system for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with laboratory engineers and technicians for timely documentation.
- Assist in document preparation for audits and quality inspections (e.g., ISO, QMS).
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with company and client quality requirements.
- Control issuance of controlled documents and ensure obsolete versions are removed.
- Communicate with clients for document-related queries and submissions.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
