We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage project documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure that documents are properly maintained, accessible, and compliant with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and control all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Ensure proper version control, document numbering, and distribution.
- Support internal and external audits with accurate document retrieval.
- Prepare reports, registers, and document logs as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Document Controller for minimum 3 years
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Procore) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
