Job Summary:
Madar Building Materials is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to manage, organize, and maintain company documents and records in a systematic and secure manner. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper handling of documentation and support various departments in maintaining document accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control company documents (electronic and hard copies).
- Ensure proper document classification, organization, and archiving.
- Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings.
- Distribute documents to relevant departments as per company procedures.
- Monitor the flow of documents between departments and external parties.
- Assist in preparing reports, templates, and document logs.
- Ensure documents are completed, signed, and submitted on time.
- Support the administrative needs of the engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all company documents.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar Document Control or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of document control systems or software is a plus.
- Can handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
