- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all import and export transactions is vital for compliance and auditing purposes. The Documentation Executive is responsible for organizing and archiving all documentation related to shipments, including customs forms, shipping invoices, and certificates.
- Problem Resolution: When issues arise during the import or export process, such as customs delays or documentation errors, the Documentation Executive must troubleshoot and find solutions to resolve the problems efficiently to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in documentation management and customs clearance procedures is part of the role.
