The Document Controller is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and safeguarding academic records and documentation. This role ensures proper handling, filing, and retrieval of institutional documents such as student records, curriculum files, approvals, accreditations, and contracts, in line with internal policies and external regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain academic documentation including course outlines, student files, transcripts, and approvals.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored (physical and digital).
- Track document revisions, maintain version control, and ensure appropriate authorization before release.
- Prepare, format, and archive official letters, certificates, MOU files, and partnership contracts.
- Support the accreditation and audit process by maintaining organized and accessible documentation.
- Ensure timely retrieval of documents requested by faculty, administration, or auditors.
- Collaborate with academic staff and departments to ensure smooth documentation flow.
- Perform regular backups of electronic records and ensure compliance with data retention policies.
- Assist in developing document control procedures for academic compliance and quality assurance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, Library Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or academic records management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential academic records with integrity.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
