Job Purpose:
To supervise, coordinate, and manage the daily operations related to domestic workers under the TADBEER service center. This includes overseeing the onboarding, training, accommodation, and deployment of domestic workers, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and TADBEER regulations, and maintaining high standards of service and worker welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Coordination:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of domestic workers (e.g., housemaids, nannies, cleaners, cooks, etc.) within the center.
- Ensure domestic workers are prepared and available for deployment to clients as per the schedule.
- Maintain discipline and order among the workers housed at the center.
Worker Welfare & Accommodation:
- Oversee accommodation facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper living conditions.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by workers.
- Monitor health, safety, and general well-being of workers.
Training & Orientation:
- Coordinate orientation sessions for new workers regarding work ethics, legal rights, client expectations, and cultural adaptation.
- Assist in arranging training sessions on domestic skills, communication, and hygiene standards.
Client Coordination & Deployment:
- Assist in matching workers with client requirements.
- Coordinate deployment logistics including transport and documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact between clients and the center for any post-deployment issues or replacements.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure operations comply with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and TADBEER regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of worker profiles, deployments, complaints, and training.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in labor management, domestic worker supervision, or similar role.
- Prior experience in a TADBEER center or recruitment agency is preferred.
