* Manage site supervision during installation and finishing stages.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
* Conduct regular inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
* Monitor workforce performance and provide training as necessary.
* Maintain records of materials, labor, and progress reports.
