- Previous experience in hospitality security or guest management
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and manage guest entry with discretion and professionalism
- Oversee venue access, ensuring safety and compliance
- Handle crowd control and resolve issues calmly and efficiently
- Coordinate with management and security teams
