Job Title: Fine Dining Manager / Senior Hospitality Professional
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 20,000 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in the fine dining sector to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will bring at least 5 years of fine dining experience, strong managerial skills, and the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team while ensuring world-class guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the fine dining venue, ensuring service excellence at all times.
- Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural service team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Foster a positive work culture with focus on teamwork, professionalism, and service quality.
- Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage teams to maintain flawless service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce service standards, SOPs, and training programs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics including guest feedback, budgets, cost control, and revenue targets.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards, F&B operations, and global dining trends.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
