We are seeking a skilled ID Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE and be highly proficient in detailed shop drawings.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed interior design Shop drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, joinery, and MEP coordination.
- Modify and update drawings as per client and consultant comments.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local authority regulations and site requirements.
- Get approvals from client and authorities on the prepared drawing.
- Coordinate with the design, engineering, and site teams.
- Maintain drawing documentation and ensure timely submission.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in interior design drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D tools is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
