Requirements
- Proven experience as a Drilling Rig Operator in oil, gas, or related industries.
- Knowledge of rig equipment, drilling techniques, and operational safety standards.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in challenging environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid certifications/licenses as per local regulations (if required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automated or modern drilling rigs.
- Additional certifications in safety, equipment handling, or rig maintenance.
