Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive heavy vehicles such as trailers, tippers, or other large vehicles in accordance with UAE traffic regulations.
- Transport materials, equipment, or staff between locations in a timely and safe manner.
- Ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition before and after each trip.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any faults or issues.
- Load and unload materials when necessary, ensuring proper handling and safety.
- Maintain a daily log of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and documentation is in place.
- Follow company and site-specific safety and operational procedures.
- Cooperate with logistics, procurement, or project teams regarding delivery schedules.
- Keep vehicles clean and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Driving License No. 5 (Heavy Vehicle).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in driving heavy vehicles in the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and capable of long hours of driving.
- Polite, professional, and safety-conscious.
