We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional service delivery to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, including front desk,maintenance,and housekeeping.
- Supervise and guide team members, providing direction and support as necessary.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service.
- Monitor and maintain property security, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage shifts, ensuring it is adequately staffed and operations run efficiently.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain reports on operational performance, guest satisfaction, and other key metrics.
- Assist in staff training and development to maintain a high level of customer service
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven experience in hospitality operations, with strong knowledge of front desk, guest services, and overall hotel management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, MS , or similar systems).
- Must be able to manage and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.
