Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate electrical drawings and layouts for various residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications, codes, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and site teams to develop and revise drawings as needed.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
- Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation for project handover.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, civil, architectural) to ensure integrated design.
- Support the estimation and procurement teams with technical drawings and data.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Draftsman in a contracting or construction environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, components, and construction practices.
- Familiarity with local and international electrical codes and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MEP projects.
- Knowledge of Revit or other BIM software.
- GCC experience (if applicable).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
