Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) technical teams, with a focus on electrical systems.
Manage installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and MEP systems as per project specifications and drawings.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality standards.
Inspect work progress, resolve issues on site, and ensure completion within set time frames.
Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors for effective site workflow.
Maintain accurate records of workforce time sheets, material control, and day-to-day site operations.
Conduct regular inspections and report project status to supervisors and site engineers.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an Electrical Foreman in MEP projects (villa/building sector, high-rise, or commercial preferred).
Strong experience with electrical systems within the MEP domain (wiring, conduits, transformers, lighting, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Proficient in English (written and spoken); good communication and leadership skills.
UAE/GCC experience and immediate joining preferred.
