We are looking for a reliable and proactive Bike Supervisor to oversee our team of delivery riders. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain rider discipline, manage schedules, and support team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of bike riders
- Ensure riders meet delivery targets and follow company protocols
- Handle rider queries, attendance, and shift scheduling
- Monitor GPS/routing to ensure timely deliveries
- Conduct basic training for new riders
- Report incidents, delays, or issues to management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiar with delivery operations and rider management
- Basic knowledge of GPS and tracking systems
- Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor environments
