About the Role:
KEA Building Contracting LLC is seeking a practical and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team to oversee electrical site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of work. The ideal candidate will lead a team of electricians and helpers, ensuring all installations and testing are completed as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and monitor daily electrical work at site.
✅ Read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQ.
✅ Plan and allocate tasks to electricians and helpers effectively.
✅ Inspect electrical installations including conduit, cabling, DB installations, earthing, and lighting systems.
✅ Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
✅ Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems, including cold tests and light tests, ensuring compliance with DEWA regulations.
✅ Prepare and submit daily progress reports to site management.
✅ Coordinate with MEP/site engineers to align electrical work with project progress.
✅ Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.
✅ Identify and resolve site electrical issues efficiently.
Requirements:
✅ Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
✅ Minimum 5-10 years of UAE experience in a similar role within construction/contracting.
✅ Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
✅ Experience in performing DEWA-related inspections and documentation.
✅ Experience in performing testing of electrical systems.
✅ Strong supervisory and team leadership skills.
✅Troubleshoot and resolve site electrical issues promptly to avoid project delays.
✅ Good communication skills.
✅ Must have Valid UAE Driving License.
