Sales & Business Development Manager

Budget Home Technical Services LLC is a fast-growing home maintenance and fit-out company in Dubai. We work with premium villas, apartments, and offices, providing high-quality maintenance and renovation services.
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team and help us grow.
What you’ll do:
- Find new clients and business opportunities (residential & commercial)
- Build partnerships with real estate companies, property managers, and brokers
- Respond to leads and follow up on quotations
- Promote our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and services
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report results
What we’re looking for:
- Sales experience in home maintenance, fit-out, facility management, or similar industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Existing network in Dubai real estate/property sector is a plus
- Ability to work independently and hit targets
- UAE driving license preferred
- Knowledge of Russian language is advantage
