We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician cum Plumber to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should be reliable, hands-on, and able to perform a variety of electrical and plumbing tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Install and repair plumbing systems (pipes, drainage, water supply).
- Conduct routine maintenance checks.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations.
- Respond to emergency repair requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in both electrical and plumbing work.
- Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in both trades.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certification or trade license is a plus.
