Job Description:
We are looking for a multi-skilled Electrician cum Plumber to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in both electrical and plumbing works and capable of handling installation, maintenance, and repair tasks efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems using tools and testing devices.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and electrical standards.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Plumbing Duties:
- Install and repair water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances and fixtures.
- Identify and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and faulty components.
- Perform pipe fitting, soldering, and pressure testing.
- Maintain plumbing systems and ensure proper water flow and drainage.
General:
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and UAE labor laws.
- Report work progress and issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both electrical and plumbing fields.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of UAE safety regulations.
- Physically fit and able to work in different site conditions.
- Technical certification or diploma in electrical/plumbing preferred.
