Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Electricians / Plumbers to join our building maintenance team in Fujairah. The ideal candidates will be responsible for carrying out all types of electrical and plumbing works across residential and commercial, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in every task.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Works
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution.
- Install and service lighting, distribution boards, circuit breakers, and other electrical equipment.
- Perform regular inspections to identify potential electrical hazards.
Plumbing Works
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and related fixtures.
- Diagnose and fix leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues.
- Install and service water heaters, pumps, and sanitary fittings.
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid system failures.
General Duties
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients and management.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Electrician and/or Plumber in a building maintenance or similar environment.
- Knowledge of UAE building codes, electrical and plumbing regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments.
- Relevant technical certifications (advantage).
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi. Arabic is an advantage.
